Two-day acting, direction, and animation workshop conducted at Vismayam College for final year BA Multimedia students made a lasting impact. The workshop guided by Mr.Vijesh (school of drama) was insightful, providing a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes of cinema. Mr. Vijesh coached acting for various hit Malayalam movies including Philips and the Monkey pen, manchadi kuru, Guppy, and Godse. He is also an avid drama enthusiast with numerous memorable recognitions.
Students had an informative and interactive session. Tips on how to improve the quality of acting, in-depth discussion on direction and animation were the main focus of the workshop. Later a Q&A session was conducted to clear doubts and share ideas. Mr. Vijesh who has experience in working with real actors and actresses shed light on how difficult and meticulous the process is. Behind the scenes of many movies and television shows that we love and adore was quite difficult to master and perform. The stories and experiences shared during the workshop captivated the students as well as inspired them.
