A site visit to paramount tower was conducted on 25th February, 2019 for B.Sc Interior design 3rd yr students. Since hotel design and management is a major theory and practical subject, it is important that students get a face to face approach and understand the prevailing differences between the ideal and the prevailing aspects in a typical hospitality sector. The students were able to visit and observe different departments such as commercial kitchen, utility spaces, dining spaces,building service,shousekeeping segment and the different types of rooms available. It provided a better understanding of the hotel industry and related design requirements to the students.
